Vegetables (cabbage, green beans, carrots, baby marrows, green peppers, white mushrooms, yellow pepper, red pepper). This may vary as vegetables are seasonal. Fry's Chunky Strips (Hydrated Textured Vegetable Protein, Vegetable Fat, Wheat Protein Isolate, food starch, spices and seasoning, vegetable oil, onion, sea salt, cellulose extract, caramel, nature identical flavour, fermented rice).
Sauce: Honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
Allergens: Wheat, Gluten, Soya, may contain traces of nuts
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Pan on high
Add a little olive oil
Add contents of pack
Cook for 7/8 mins, stirring continuously
Shake sauce and pour over contents in pan
Cook for a further minute and make sure sauce is evenly distributed
Do not over cook, as vegetables will lose crispness
Not suitable for microwave
